Returns And Cancellations Policy

Any orders made through our online store or by telephone can be cancelled within 2 weeks of submission.  If the order has not been shipped then it will be cancelled directly at no additional cost.  If the order has been shipped, you can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Warranty Information

All products are warrantied to be free of manufacturers defects for a period of one year.
